Frame
Define the decision, audience, boundary and evidence standard before proposing scope.
Approach
A workshop, a diagnostic or an implementation workstream should change what an institution can decide or do. The discipline is the same regardless of scale.
How work moves
We start with the decision and the evidence it needs, establish the current state honestly, prioritise action with named owners, and hand ownership back to the institution.
Define the decision, audience, boundary and evidence standard before proposing scope.
Establish current capability, gaps and dependencies from documents and interviews, not assumptions.
Prioritise actions with owners, timelines and evidence, and name where specialists are required.
Help deliver the priority workstreams, then transfer capability and ownership.
Independence and associates
Where a mandate needs licensed or specialist work, we bring in qualified associates transparently, with responsibilities set out in writing. We do not quietly perform work outside our competence.
Every proposal states the problem, deliverables, responsibilities, evidence standard and limits.
Emissions, climate science, IFRS, legal, assurance and instructional-design specialists are named where used.
Relevant relationships are disclosed, and conflicted parties do not approve affected work.

These require appropriately qualified and, where relevant, licensed professionals.
